    Device for manually raising a load with a lever for a trolley, suitcase and the like, facilitating the raising and lowering of stairs and various obstacles, it comprises two parts: a first part comprising: a frame (1) integral with wheels ( 2), the wheels (2) and handles (3) which are fixed to the frame (1), - a second part comprising: a load support (4) integral with wheels (5), the wheels (5) and a load (12) which is fixedly mounted on the load support (4), the second portion being slidable relative to the first portion by the action of a telescopic lever arm (10) for mounting a step staircase in two stages as follows: - during the first phase, by turning the telescopic lever arm (10) upwards in a circular motion along the arrow (F1) from a low initial position, the second part slides in relation to the first part up and my step, - and then during the second phase, turning the telescopic lever arm (10) downwards in a circular motion along the arrow (F2), to the initial low position of said telescopic arm, the first part in turn rises the same step, the telescopic lever arm (10) being fixed on the handles (3) with a hinge (9), a second hinge (8) connecting the telescopic lever arm (10) with a transmission (6), which in turn is connected with a third hinge (7) to the load support (4) of the second part.

    [0001] A device for manually raising a load with a carriage lever, suitcase and the like. The present invention relates to a device for manually raising a load with a lever to be used for a carriage, a suitcase and the like. Experience has shown that a user is currently having difficulty going up and down stairs and various obstacles with a trolley or suitcase. The device of the invention, which overcomes these disadvantages, is remarkable in that the manual effort undertaken by the user, will be reduced considerably for the ascent and descent of stairs and various obstacles.
    [0002] The present invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of example only, in which: - Figure 1 is a side view of the device according to the invention, showing the confrontation of various steps at apparent angles. - Figure 2 is a side view of the device according to the invention. - Figure 3 is a front view of the device according to the invention. FIG 4 is a front view of the device according to the invention. FIG. 5 is a front view of the device according to the invention with the larger load. - Figure 6 is a side view of the device according to the invention, with the larger load, showing details of the embodiment. 3034071 2 Referring to Figure 1, it shows that the device comprises two parts: - a first part comprising: a 1solidaire frame with wheels 2, the wheels 2 and handles 3 which are fixed on the frame 1, A second part comprising: a load support 4 integral with wheels 5, the wheels 5 and a load 12 which is fixedly mounted on the load support 4. The second part being slidable with respect to the first part by the action of a telescopic lever arm 10. The action of mounting a stair step with the device according to the invention is carried out in two phases as follows: during the first phase, by turning the arm telescopic lever 10 upwards from a low initial position, in a circular motion along the arrow F1, the second part slides relative to the first part upwards and up a stair step, - and then during the two xth phase, by turning the telescopic lever arm 10 downwards, in a circular motion according to the arrow F2, to the initial low position of said telescopic lever arm, the first part in turn ascends the same step .
    [0003] The telescopic lever arm 10 being fixed on the handles 3 with a hinge 9. A second articulation 8 connects the telescopic lever arm 10 with a transmission 6, which is in turn connected, with a third hinge 7, to the load support 4 of the second part.
    [0004] FIG. 1 shows that during phase 2, by turning the telescopic lever arm 10 downwards along the arrow F, to its initial low position, the wheels 5 move the second part according to a translational movement along the arrow G , so that the first part manages to approach an apparent angle on the edge of the march to facilitate the rise of the first part.

Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, it can be seen that the telescopic arm 10 is fixed to the frame 1 of a parallel manner with a removable load 12 which is larger, allowing the telescopic lever arm 10 to be turned upwardly and downwardly in a circular motion along the arrow F, without being hindered by the removable load 12.

    CLAIMS1- Device for manually raising a load with a lever for a trolley, suitcase and the like, facilitating the raising and lowering of stairs and various obstacles, characterized in that it comprises two parts: a first part comprising: a frame (1) integral with wheels (2), the wheels (2) and handles (3) which are fixed to the frame (1), - a second part comprising: a load support (4) integral with wheels ( 5), the moults (5) and a load (12) which is fixedly mounted on the load carrier (4), the second part being slidable with respect to the first part by the action of an arm of telescopic lever (10) for mounting a stair step in two phases, the telescopic lever arm (10) being fixed on the handles (3) with a hinge (9), a second hinge (8) connecting the lever arm 15 telescopic (10) with a transmission (6), which is connected in turn with a third articulation (7) to the load support (4) of the second part.

    3- A method of using a device for manually raising a load with a lever according to any preceding claim characterized in that it comprises the two following phases: 3034071 - during the first phase, turning the arm telescopic lever (10) upwards in a circular motion according to the arrow (F1) from a low initial position, the second part slides relative to the first part upwards and climbs the stair step, 5 - And then during the second phase, turning the telescopic lever arm (10) down in a circular motion along the arrow (F2), to the initial low position of said telescopic arm, the first part rises in turn the same step.
